Film shows benefits of investment in early childhood - Grand Traverse Insider - Morning Star Publishing

Leelanau County Early Childhood needs and Services Study Group will host
a screening of the powerful documentary film, “Are We Crazy About Our 
Kids?: The Cost/Benefit Equation,” on Monday, Nov. 24 at the Suttons Bay
High School Auditorium. A discussion by panelists made up of Leelanau 
County parents and business owners will explore the topic, “Why Early 
Childhood is Our Business.” 

LEELANAU – The League of Women Voters of Leelanau County (LWVLC)
Early Childhood Needs and Services Study Group will host a screening of
the film, “Are We Crazy About Our Kids?: The Cost/Benefit Equation,” on
Monday evening, Nov. 24, at the Suttons Bay High School Auditorium.

There
will be a gathering with light refreshments at 6:30 p.m. followed at 7
p.m. by introductory remarks from an LWVLC spokesperson. The film will
run from 7:05-7:40 p.m., followed by comments by Leland Chamber of
Commerce President Kate Vilter.
